What to Expect Before & After Kybella Treatment?
Although Kybella treatment is minimally invasive, there is still a process to ensure you have the best experience. At C10, we always begin treatment with a consultation that helps us determine whether it’s the right fit for you. We’ll evaluate your overall health, discuss your aesthetic goals, and examine the submental fat.
If it’s the right fit, we’ll schedule an appointment – Kybella treatment is a relatively quick process, and you can leave our office the same day!
Before the procedure, the treatment area may be numbed with a topical anesthetic or ice to minimize discomfort. We’ll then use a special grid to mark the injection sites and administer multiple small injections throughout the area. While the exact number will depend on the amount of fat under your chin and the desired profile, we’ll discuss your entire treatment plan before starting.
Most patients undergo treatments spaced about a month apart for best results. The exact number of treatments will depend on the amount of fat under the chin and your desired result, but many of our patients see visible results in 2 to 4 treatments. As always, it’s essential to follow any aftercare instructions provided by our team. How long does Kybella last?

How is it administered?

Does it hurt?
